After selling my agency in 2021, I found in a number of conversations that I wish had occurred before my sale. Or even before planning a sale. There seems to be a lot of disinformation around about what selling entails and some skewed expectations from agency owners as a result.

I decided to record a series of conversation with sold-up agency owners and a handful of other people with real experience of what it takes to sell an agency.
