After selling my agency in 2021, I found in a number of conversations that I wish had occurred before my sale. Or even before planning a sale. There seems to be a lot of disinformation around about what selling entails and some skewed expectations from agency owners as a result.

I decided to record a series of conversation with sold-up agency owners and a handful of other people with real experience of what it takes to sell an agency. These conversations have now become the HOW TO SELL AN AGENCY podcast. Together the conversations present a realistic picture of what it means to sell and agency and what it takes to make it happen.
